The sandwiches are unlike any other type of food experience you’ve ever have.  We start with seasoning our top quality meats and cooking them in our very hot six foot long griddle. We then take our fresh, same day, baked bread and stuff in the meat, adding lettuce, tomatoes, and **secret sauce**. We then top all of this with some potato crisps, producing a crunchy bite that will leave you looking forward to your next Monchon experience. The Monchon strives to change the way people think about mobile dining. The food eating experience is not complete without a Monchon experience.
